隨著香港通關，香港身份再次升值，加上香港政府不斷推出人才吸引計劃讓很多內地朋友爭相申請，其中最火的就是香港高才計劃和香港優才才計劃，具體申請攻略，我們一一來介紹
什麼是高端人才通行證計劃？
高才通計劃旨在吸引世界各地具備豐富工作經驗及高學歷的高端人才來港探索機遇。這些高端人才包括高收入人士和世界頂尖大學的畢業生。
高端人才通行證計劃申請條件是？
1.過去一年年薪達到港幣250萬元以上的人才，不論學歷可申請，不設限額；
- 畢業於全球百強大學並在過去5年累積3年或以上工作經驗，不設限額。
- 未符合工作經驗要求，但5年內畢業於百強大學畢業生，限額10000名。
過去5年內曾上榜的學校都計算在內，全球共有176所高校，其中香港本地大學有5所，內地有9所大學上榜。包括：清華大學、北京大學、復旦大學、上海交通大學、浙江大學、中國科學技術大學、南京大學、中山大學、華中科技大學。
只要擁有以上9所內地名校本科學位，不論是否有高薪、處於高管、所在行業等等，都擁有申請“香港高才通”計劃的資格。
並且要特別注意的是：計劃推行初期只接受全球百強名校學士學位畢業生申請！
高才通計劃可以2+3+3一般模式，或2+6的頂尖人才模式進行續簽。續簽時申請人必須在港已獲得聘用，或已在香港開辦或參與任何業務。
有網友測試，在資料齊全的情況下，只用了4小時就獲得審批！本次高端人才計劃將針對高薪、具學歷、工作經驗人才，補足香港缺乏人才行業及專業人士。預料可達到《施政報告》KPI，即未來3年每年吸引至少3.5萬名人才。
什麼是優才計劃？
“香港優秀人才入境計劃”，是香港特區政府為了吸引優秀人才赴港定居，藉以提升香港的國際競爭力，於2006年6月正式推行的。
2021年，港府將香港優才配額從2,000翻倍至4,000，如今直接取消了優才名額限制為期兩年，每個人的獲批幾率都大幅增加。
優才計劃的申請條件是？
1.年齡：申請人年齡須滿18周歲；
2.學歷：學士或以上學位，或擁有良好專業技能、文件證明的行業成就；
3.資產：單人至少10萬元的資產證明，全家30萬元以上的資產證明；
4.語言：良好中文（普通話或粵語）或英文能力；
5.綜合計分：滿分245分，80分即符合申請資格；
6.成就計分：在行業中獲得高度成就者即符合申請資格；滿足下麵1條即可。
A. 申請人曾獲得傑出成就獎（如奧運獎牌、諾貝爾獎、國家/國際獎項）。
B. 申請人能夠證明其工作得到同業肯定，或對其業界的發展有重大貢獻（例如獲業內頒發的終生成就獎）。
”綜合計分“或”成就計分“，選擇其中一種計分方式算分。
一、13類香港人才清單
香港發展急需的13類人才，申請優才可額外加30分！這是與大多數競爭者拉開差距的重要因素，獲批的可能性就大大提高！
金融行業是香港當之無愧的龍頭，金融科技、資產管理、精算師、海事保險專才等人才的需求巨大。還有IT科技人才，包括創新及科技專才、數據科學家、網路安全專家等。
二、高學歷（名校直接加30分）
學歷越高，得分越高，如擁有博士學位，或是擁有2個或以上碩士學位可以得40分。
如果是國際認可的知名院校畢業生則可直接加30分，加上了這個分數，會讓申請人的競爭力大大提升！
目前國內排名前100的名校有清華大學、北京大學、中國科技大學、上海交通大學、復旦大學、浙江大學、中山大學、華中科技大學、南京大學9所。
三、有國際工作經驗
如若申請人擁有不少於2年相當於學位程度或專家水平的國際工作經驗，可獲得額外加分15分。
需要注意的是，國際工作經驗需要工作證明、相應國家或地區的工作簽證才能體現。（包括港澳臺地區，可累積兩年時間）
通常來說，香港比較傾向研究型、學術型、高管型、國際型、技術型的人才，獲批機率會大一些。
四、有名企工作經驗
如擁有不少於3年相當於學位程度或專家水平的跨國公司或知名企業的工作經驗，可額外再加20分。
通俗來講只要你擁有香港入境處認可的名企經驗，且工作超過3年就符合加分條件，香港入境處給出的名企範圍有
- 上市公司
- 《福布斯》全球企業2000強
- 《財富》世界500強
- 胡潤中國500強企業
